Mitchell Fine Art est ouvert du lundi au vendredi de 10h à 17h30 et le samedi de 10h à 17h. Un parking sur place est disponible.
La galerie est entièrement accessible aux fauteuils roulants.

En bus : Les lignes de bus 196 et 199 ont plusieurs arrêts à proximité de Brunswick Street (arrêt 5 Robertson St et arrêt 6 Harcourt St), puis marchez environ 400 mètres sur Arthur St. La galerie se trouve sur le côté gauche.
En train : La galerie est à 15 minutes à pied de la gare de Fortitude Valley.
