Tatali’s painting depicts her country and homelands at Kintore, approx 530kms west of Alice Springs in Central Australia.

Her use of rich, strong earthy colours portrays the topography of the Central Australian landscape, rocky outcrops and sandhills of her homelands.

In this painting Tatali has also depicted important sites for the women of her tribe. These sites are generally used for women’s ceremonies.
